Our kits: how does it work ?

1.

Immerse the gutters in a bowl of hot water for about 5 seconds, to make them more malleable. Insert them into your mouth and bite them. They’ll fit perfectly to your mouth. Then cut the strips.

Spray your toothbrush 3 or 4 times with the spray and brush your teeth for 1 to 2 minutes to ensure that they are properly cleaned for the whitening

Fill each gutter evenly with about 1 mL of whitening gel. Then place them on your teeth.
